LPG Trading and Pricing - Shipping, Contracts and Price Risk Management - LP0
CPE Credits Awarded: 16
Categories: Trading, Derivatives, Hedging and Risk Management, Oil Industry, LPG
COURSE SUMMARY
The course is designed to provide a firm understanding of the international LPG business - influencing factors, how it is conducted and how risks are managed. It is presented in association with Richardson Lawrie Associates - an international consulting company specialising in the oil, gas and petrochemical sectors. The course will focus on commercial aspects of the LPG business with participants engaging in real time trading cases – both physical and paper – plus workshops on shipping contracts, negotiations, calculations and tactics. The effect of new supply sources and pricing structures on international trade and downstream uses is examined together with case studies demonstrating development and disposal options in the context of LPG as a by-product and pricing into the petrochemicals sector. There are no pre-requisites for this course, nor is any advanced preparation required.

Please note: a laptop and up-to-date version of Office would be an advantage in order to engage in market data; however it is not essential.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
Delegates encouraged to attend include commercial, operations and marketing staff, planners, economists and government officials.
